Orders ship within two business days by UPS, FedEx or DHL, insured for the full sale price and requiring a signature on delivery.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination. International orders may attract duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

All sales are final, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Every item is photographed in detail and described honestly before sale, so please ask questions before buying.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so a claim can be made.

If an authentication is found to be wrong, the authentication fee is covered. The guarantee does not extend to the price paid for the item itself.

The fee pays for the examination and is not refundable because of the result. An item found not authentic has had the same work done as one found authentic.

Your name, email and address are used to process your submission or order and to send you the result. They are never published on a certificate record and never sold or shared for marketing.

Photographs you submit are stored privately. Only photographs approved for a certificate or a shop listing are made public.

Payments are handled by PayPal. Card details never reach this site.

An authentication result is a professional opinion based on examination of the photographs and information supplied. It is not a guarantee of market value.

Submitting an item does not transfer ownership. Items are authenticated from photographs unless otherwise agreed.
